JGS1 Fused Silica Plates is a high-purity synthetic quartz glass with excellent UV transmission performance. It is widely used in UV optics, semiconductors, laser technology and other fields.

JGS1 Quartz Glass Characteristics

  • High UV transmittance: Excellent light transmittance in the 185nm~2500nm band (especially deep ultraviolet DUV band).
  • High purity: SiO₂ content >99.99%, very few impurities, reducing light scattering and absorption.
  • High temperature resistance: softening point up to 1700℃, extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance.
  • Chemical stability: acid-resistant (except HF), alkali-resistant, suitable for corrosive environments.
